









The "Card of a Kharkiv resident" project was launched on August 3, 2021 at the initiative of Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
It was created as a single city card for access to city services, e-ticket and partnership benefits.
After the start of the full-scale war, from March 1, 2022, free travel in public transport was introduced in Kharkiv.
In these conditions, the project team focused on the development of a partnership program and a discount system to support the city's residents in everyday expenses.
The project has entered the stage of development and expansion.
The site and the visual style of the cards have been updated, and the partner network has been significantly expanded.More than 42 companies joined the project.
Special cards for volunteers and internally displaced persons with additional benefits have been introduced.
A digital version of the card (Digital X-card) was launched in the Open Kharkiv application, which made it possible to use the service without a plastic card.
The "Card of a Kharkiv resident" has been launched for servicemen, veterans and participants in hostilities with an extended loyalty program.
Online submission of questionnaires and new formats of offline interaction with citizens together with partners have been implemented.
