Activity history

2021

Launching

The "Card of Kharkiv" project started on August 3, 2021 on the initiative of Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

It was created as the only city card used for access to city services, electronic ticket and partner benefits.

2022

Adaptation to new conditions

After the start of full-scale war from March 1, 2022 free travel in public transport was introduced in Kharkiv.


U under these conditions, the project team focused on the development of the partner program and system discount to support city residents in everyday expenses.

2023

Scaling

The project has entered the stage of development and expansion


The site and the visual style of the cards have been updated, significantly expanded partner network.More than X companies joined the project.

2024

Digitization and
social solutions

Special cards have been introduced for volunteers and internally displaced persons with additional benefits.


The digital version of the card has been launched (Digital X-card) in the Open Kharkiv application, which allowed to use the service without plastic card.

2025

New audiences and further development

The "Card of a Kharkiv resident" was launched for military personnel, veterans and combatants with an extended program loyalty


Online submission of questionnaires and new formats of offline interaction have been implemented with citizens together with partners.
