Formation of the Kharkiv Office of Reforms team and launch of system work with
preparation and support of city initiatives.
During this period, the "Kharkovian's Portal" was launched, a
the "Agent X" project was also implemented.At the same time, the team established cooperation with the Ministry of Digital
transformation of Ukraine and participated in the launch of the "Diya.Business" project in Kharkiv.
For development
international partners — Microsoft, Vodafone — were involved in urban solutions and the introduction of modern technologies
and Huawei, which became an important step in the digital transformation of the city.
This year, our team became the citywide social coordinator
of the "Kharkiv card" project
Already in the first year, more than 400,000 people joined the project
residents of the city, which made it one of the largest city services in Ukraine.
For effective
support and development of initiatives, a contact center and an analytical unit were created, which provided
project support and decision-making based on data.
After February 24, 2022, the priorities of the Office of Reforms have changed
according to the needs of the city.
The team joined the coordination of humanitarian aid for
Kharkiv residentsA single city hotline 15-35 was launched, through which more than 15,000 people received help
persons
At the same time, systematic cooperation with more than 20 international partners began
organizations were involved in supporting the city in crisis conditions.
During this period, the work of the team focused on the restoration of the economic and
social stability of the city.
The key areas were:
● business support and
entrepreneurs;
● assistance to internally displaced persons;
● attraction of resources for recovery
and
support of critical infrastructure.
It was at this time that the Kharkiv projects were implemented
Business Hub and Adaptation Space in the city of SVII.

were transferred to the relevant departments of the Kharkiv City Council for further processing
development
In turn, the Kharkiv Reform Office became a member of the EDIH consortium (European Digital
Innovation Hubs), which opened up new opportunities for the digital transformation of the city.
It was also
the "ZRIST" project was launched - a program of training and coordination of fundraisers in the city
departments.
And together with Deloitte, the team developed the Smart City strategy, laying the foundation for
long-term innovative development of the city.
